Epistemologies of Pleasure: The Clitoris in Dispute
Abstract
Review of "The Censored Pleasure: Clitoris and Thought" by Catherine Malabou, exposing the historical erasure of the clitoris and its exclusion from Western epistemologies. The clitoris is proposed as an organ of thought and resistance, subverting phallocentric and colonial logics, opening space for insurgent epistemologies challenging dominant knowledge.
Keywords: clitoris; pleasure; epistemicide; coloniality; resistance.
