Deus Ludens, Deus Ridens: nuevas lecturas del trickster

Se examinan las diferentes concepciones acerca del concepto de “trickster” (embaucador),desde aproximaciones folclóricas, mitológicas, literarias y de otras disciplinas.Hacemos hincapié en la labilidad de las prosopografías sobre el trickster, debatiendo la existencia de patrones narrativos que sean relevantes para todas las figuras y textos tradicionales en que aparece. Apoyándonos en las teorías de M. Bajtin y de Gerald Vizenor, se propone la caracterización a partir de la idea de Deus Ludens como núcleo de la naturaleza del trickster, subrayando las concomitancias de esta preconcepción con las ideas y demandas de la post-modernidad. Por último, se revisan estudios de casos para verificar esta hipótesis.Downloads
