Dado que la relación salarial es un complejo mecanismo que establece una relación entre los procesos productivos y los procesos sociales que genera distintas formas de vinculación con el empleo, la finalidad de este artículo es exponer los resultados de una investigación, una de cuyas hipótesis es que la creación de empresas tiene que ver con el declive de la relación salarial fordista y la emergencia del fenómeno de la precariedad.
