This article aims to delineate some considerations about artworks concerning the procedural and collaborative nature, in which the roles of the artist, the work of art and the public are displaced from their most traditional postures and provoke questions in their own art making. The concern with the specificities of the place gains other shades when it is no longer conceived as a space-receptacle, but explored and heard in their various spheres and layers so that dynamics of deterritorialization can act and reinvent ways of life. Some key concepts will be analyzed, such as "socially engaged art", in addition to report the project to create a community radio station and its consequences in the peripheral region of Florianópolis.
Keywords: collaborative art, socially engaged art, competence-crossing
