Abstract

O presente trabalho é parte de pesquisas desenvolvidas no Grupo de Pesquisa do CNPq, denominado “Memória das Artes Visuais de Belo Horizonte (MAV-BH)”, vinculado ao Departamento de Artes Plásticas da Escola de Belas Artes da UFMG, que tem como base a discussão das teorias e métodos da História da Arte, assim como a análise de obras artísticas pertencentes aos acervos de museus públicos mineiros: Museu Histórico Abílio Barreto, Museu Mineiro e Museu de Arte da Pampulha, comparativamente a outros acervos brasileiros e internacionais. Ana Luiza Teixeira Neves, Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais

Mestre em Artes pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais – Linha de pesquisa: Artes Plásticas/História da Arte (2014). Especialista em Arte-Educação pela Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais (2008). Graduada em História: Bacharelado e Licenciatura pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (2005).

 

Rodrigo Vivas, UFMG

Diretor do Centro Cultural da UFMG. Professor de História da Arte do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Artes da Escola de Belas Artes da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais – EBA/UFMG. Graduado em História pela Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (1999). Mestre em História da Cultura na Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2001). Doutor em História da Arte (2008), UNICAMP.
