Arte, ciência, tecnologia: experimentação
Abstract
A revista portuguesa Nada tem se dedicado, desde 2003, a publicar artigos sobre arte, ciência e tecnologia. A reunião desses temas não é nova, mas a proposta dessa publicação diferencia-se de muitas que circulam no mercado editorial, pois almeja ser um espaço de experimentação “indisciplinar”, num movimento que atravessa estética e ciência e é composto pelos mais diferentes encontros. A idéia central de João Urbano (2003), coordenador e editor da revista, é dar visibilidade àquilo que oscila entre produção artística e teórica híbrida, “uma mescla – diz ele - de saberes que produzam acima de tudo acontecimentos”. É uma ruptura, portanto, com concepções que trabalham muito diretamente com categorias já existentes, na tentativa de alcanc?ar ou disparar o novo. (...)
