Apresentação
Abstract
O primeiro Seminário de Pesquisa da Faculdade de Artes Visuais da Universidade Federal de Goiás (FAV-UFG) foi realizado em 2000 com o objetivo de divulgar e fomentar diálogos e discussões sobre a produção docente e discente da unidade. A quarta edição do seminário, em 2003, celebrou a instalação do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Cultura Visual (PPG/Cultura Visual) que, a partir de então, assumiu a responsabilidade de planejar e manter a continuidade do evento. Vale assinalar que naquele ano o seminário recebeu, pela primeira vez, pesquisadores convidados de fora do país, prática que se tornou freqüente nos anos seguintes. (...)
