Entretanto, esta técnica exige mão-de-obra especializada e têm custos elevados. Alternativamente, pode-se simplesmente reduzir o vão da laje com a introdução de vigas de concreto armado, com o auxílio de conetores de cisalhamento na interface laje-viga. Este trabalho apresenta resultados experimentais para três vigas de concreto armado de seção transversal “T” não monolíticas ensaiadas à flexão. Primeiramente foram confeccionadas as mesas com dimensões de (400 x 50 x 1800) mm3 visando simular trechos de lajes e que, posteriormente, foram ligadas a nervuras com dimensões de (120 x 200) mm2 utilizando conectores de cisalhamento, sendo que as principais variáveis do trabalho foram os diâmetros desses conectores objetivando garantir o comportamento satisfatório dessas ligações em situações reais de reforço estrutural. Os resultados mostraram que os conectores funcionaram adequadamente e que as melhores estimativas para a resistência ao cisalhamento são obtidas quando as mesas são consideradas. A técnica foi empregada com sucesso em um caso prático na cidade de Tucuruí/PA. ABSTRACT: In situations where the flexural strengthening of reinforced concrete solid slabs requires the tensile strength increase, the most used technique is fixing steel plates or carbon fiber composite strips on the concrete’s surface. However, this technique requires specialized labor and presents high costs. Alternatively, a simple solution is to reduce the span of the slab introducing reinforced concrete beams with the aid of shear connectors in the slab-beam interface. This paper presents experimental results for three reinforced concrete beams with non monolithic “T” cross sections under flexure tests. First the flange with dimensions (400 x 50 x 1800) mm3 were casted aiming to simulate slabs strips, which were later attached to ribs with dimensions (120 x 200) mm2 using shear connectors, and the main variables of the study were the diameters of these connectors trying to ensure the satisfactory behavior of these links in real situations of structural strengthening. The results showed that the connectors worked properly and the best shearing resistance estimates are obtained when the whole flange is considered. This technique was successfully applied in a practical case in the city of Tucuru? / PA.}, number={3}, journal={REEC - Revista Eletrônica de Engenharia Civil}, author={SILVA, HELINEUDES PAIVA and OLIVEIRA, DÊNIO RAMAM CARVALHO DE}, year={2015}, month={nov.} }
